The motivation of workers in the lesser measure submits to economic stimulus. The new model of motivation from the point of view of prompting to work, should show the necessary and desirable components guaranteeing efficiency  of management of human resources. As it should correspond with criteria of worthy work. The knowledge of criteria of worthy work and understanding of their specificity is necessary as at level of the state for formation of the weighed policy of employment and social protection, and at level of separate firms, for which criteria of worthy work – a basis for formation of programs of attraction, selection, deduction and motivation of employees, influence on their loyalty.
